Great setting, beautiful views, excellent base for motorcycle touring, secure garage parking for motorcycles, relaxing pool, friendly staff.

Felt like family, no complaints.

The room was quiet and featured an electronic key card, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. Had comfortable bed with the mountain view. Thanks to the very pleasant staff everything was perfect, including a great selection of good food.

The hotel was excellent for touring the Pyrenees, with its beautiful location surrounded by mountains. The staff were absolutely fabulous, providing friendly service and speaking both French and English. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had all the modern facilities one would expect. Being able to use the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi/spa after a day of mountain hiking was glorious.

Thoroughly enjoyed Aucun. the hotel was great and lovely in a beautiful setting. 3. the venue was near a restaurant, the mountains, and Aucun. 4. I went to the lake, it's a 25-minute walk away.

Great value for money, comfortable room with a spacious walk-in shower. Beautiful location surrounded by mountains, perfect for outdoor activities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to bring our dog into the restaurant.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more vegetarian options.

Great location in the heart of the Pyrenees, perfect for exploring the beautiful mountains. The hotel offers secure parking, which was a huge relief for our motorcycles. The pool was a fantastic addition and provided a refreshing escape after a day of exploring.

There were several misunderstandings regarding our meals, which caused confusion and frustration. the lack of amenities such as free towels for the pool, a functioning jacuzzi, and a mini bar in the room was quite inconvenient.

I had a fantastic motorcycle touring experience at this hidden gem in the mountains. The location was perfect for exploring the scenic surroundings. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay even better. The breakfast buffet was delicious, although I would have liked to see more fruits available. The separate room for bicycles was a thoughtful touch for fellow cyclists.

Friendly, chatty welcome by receptionist; mind-blowing set menu dinner; super breakfast; ample private parking; great shower; lovely bar and terrace area; very close to Col d'Aubisque, Tourmalet and Aspin; perfect location for motorcycle touring with dedicated secure parking; friendly staff; free wi-fi; incredible cleanliness; efficient hotel.

This hotel is an incredible place for nature lovers, with mountain views that will take your breath away. the welcoming staff speak both French and English, and the rooms are comfortable and equipped with large walk-in showers. the pool is perfect for rainy days and there are great facilities for motorbike and bicycle enthusiasts. Breakfast is excellent and the Welsh sheepdog accompanying us was welcomed even in the restaurant.

Restaurant staff can be a bit petty, watching guests closely and being a little overbearing.
